JACQUI HURST
PHOTOGRAPHER


Jacqui Hurst specialises in photographing gardens, applied arts, crafts and
regional food producers. A native of Suffolk, Jacqui has been working as a
professional photographer for about 18 years throughout the UK. Now living
and working in London she also teaches courses on photographic techniques,
including garden photography, photographing your own work for artists and
visual composition. She runs regular courses at West
Dean College, West Sussex.
Jacqui is an active member of the Garden Photographers Association
and of the Garden Writers' Guild; in 2003 she won the Guild's Photographers'
Choice Award for her photograph of 'Cedars at West Dean'.

national newspapers and exhibitions.
Jacqui organises her busy life centered around her partner
David, son Barnaby and Digby the dog.
